In order to be able to easily produce documentation for hazardous substances for all modes of transport, DGM has set up its own IT subsidiary: DGOffice. This company has the sole purpose of developing software applications, data files and services for all documentation related to hazardous substances, including reporting for your safety advisor.

From Shippers Declarations, IMO and ADR documents and even NOTOC documents: DGOffice is a reliable and affordable web-based application that ensures that you comply with the legislation. DGOffice has a modular structure, which makes it very easy to put together your own software solution and only pay for the parts you use. For example the module for address labels, or the module that makes it possible to integrate your own article numbers or product codes with corresponding UN numbers. You can also easily produce safety material datasheets (MSDS) with DGOffice.

DG Production

With modules for producing SDS and even the (indispensable for manufacturers and 3PL companies) Chemicals Labeling Module with which you can print GHS labels

DG Support tools

With the labels module, the Own Articles module where UN numbers are linked to your article numbers, the document archive and statistics for your annual DGSA report.

DG E-freight

E-FREIGHT

Our systems and solutions are conceived with E-freight in mind. The DGOffice team has already developed open standards for the exchange of DG information between the different modes of transport and the parties involved. Our specialized software can be used by shippers, but also by forwarders, to convert all shipment data into the necessary electronic transport documents.

The DGOffice software then generates the necessary information in a standard that can be reused, also in other systems
